[세부 업무] 

Business Development & Technical Consultation & Support:

•  - Engage with key decision-makers in target organizations to understand their business needs and technical challenges.
•  - Present and demo technical solutions (Smart Robot Actuators) tailored to the customer’s requirements,  articulating the value proposition and benefits of ROBOTIS products. 
•  - Work closely with the product development and engineering teams to stay updated on new features, technical specifications, and product enhancements.
•  - Collaborate with senior executives to create and implement strategies for securing long-term partnerships and expanding business opportunities.
•  - Provide technical support during the sales cycle, addressing customer queries and concerns regarding product functionality, integration, and implementation.
•  - Act as a technical liaison between the customer and the internal development team, ensuring alignment of expectations and successful project execution.
•  - Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
  
  

[우대사항] 

 

•  - Prior Work Experience or Education using DYNAMIXELS.
•  - Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills in English.
•  - Ability to travel overseas for business trips and exhibitions.
•  - Ability to present and provide comprehensive information/training on ROBOTIS products to global customers. 
  
  

 

[지원자격] 

•  - Technical and/or Sales/Business Background: Bachelor's degree in a technical or Business Administration field (e.g., Business Administration, International Business, Engineering, Computer Science,) or equivalent experience. Understanding of technical concepts, products, or services is essential.
•  - Sales Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, ideally in a technical or SaaS environment.
•  - Communication & Language Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, customer-friendly manner.
•  - CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and other sales enablement tools.
•  - Programming Language: Experience using ROS/ROS2, Matlab, and/or Python
